At Sea Bags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted purchase. If your recycled sail cloth bag isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely packed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
